Cancellation Policy
ALMO NAIL ATELIER– Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and respect for our artists’ time, we kindly ask all clients to review our booking policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service.
3. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will also be charged 25% of the booked service.
